Thanks to my wife for always being there to take care of me when I’m sick. Sometimes, eventho I’m sick it actually feels GOOD to be sick just being able to whine like a kid and get taken care of.

While we were dating, I’d always fall asleep while talking and not even remembering it the next morning, at first my wife gets a bit upset until she started getting use to it :) I still do that sometimes when we just lie in bed chatting next to each other and I just suddenly drops dead asleep haha.

Thanks everyone for their great response to the HJstory app fundraising. This is a sample of a redo of one of the original HJstory pic some of you might remember (you can find the old version over in the photos section). Over the 2 years, HJstory started out as quick doddles, to more and more finished artwork. For the iPhone app, I’ve decided to redo some of the old HJS art that were a bit more rough and unpolished :)

It’s almost been 2 years for HJ-Story and 1 year wedding anniversary. For these 2 years, HJ-Story has been created with nothing but love and passion and I want to thank everyone for their support and kind words :)

I’ve been planning preparing this for a while and kept stopping in the middle because of the amount of work needed. I’m building a HJ-Story iPhone app! This time I’d like to ask everyone for their support, if you can please visit HJ-Story’s iPhone project fundraising over at…

Love is… being silly!

If people around me finds out how much of a kid I am at heart when I’m with my wife, I think I’ll be so embarrassed to ever meet them again :) Loving someone and being love sets your heart free to be the person you always wanted to be, brings out the silliness in you that you rarely show to anyone else!

I actually drew this a while back and never got the chance to post it, Jingo had his first haircut and when me and my wife went to pick him up, I almost couldn’t recognize him, I thought he was someone else’s puppy :D I thought he almost looked like a mini reindeer…! :D

Belated Happy new year 2012, and also an early Chinese new year (and another country that celebrates it too)! Since I’d be busy on that day, I thought it’d be appropriate to post this now as a combination of happy new year + happy chinese new year!

It’s been a while since I updated, I want to thank everyone for remembering HJ Story still exist! It’s been a heck of a year in 2011, starting with my marriage, and then the start-up of my company, then things just kept popping up keeping me really busy. I went back to Canada to visit my family in Dec with my wife and her parents. We had a great vacation and now it’s back to work for my in Korea!

This year I have tonnes of new year resolution, and one of them being a more regular update of HJ-Story, there’re a lot of plans I have for HJ-Story that I want to do in the following year, and fingers-crossed, I hope I can accomplish them all!

Thanks again everyone for the continuous support and I hope HJ-Story can bring some smile to everyone from time to time! My wife is so touched that people actually likes HJ-Story, and hopefully it’ll continue to grow through time! Thanks everyone and hope everyone will have a great new year!

Just want to wish everyone a happy holiday! I know I’ve been MIA for a long time, and just want to do a quick update!

Everything’s been well and thanks for everyone’s continous support, everything has been really hectic and busy, so I haven’t been able to update. I’ll be back in action mid Jan with updates, so see everyone then!

Welcome our newest member… Jingo (we changed it from Jinx)

My wife and I been thinking of getting a puppy for sometime and recently a new pet store opened right next to our home, and every time my wife pass by the store, she just can’t take her eyes off this TINY little puppy so we finally decided to buy it and take it home.

In Korea “jing” or “jing jing” means whining and this funny puppy been whining all day long for attention and love, so we decided on calling it Jinx at first, since jinx kinda means bad luck~ we went with Jingo~ :D

Sorry everyone for being soooo late with new drawings. Now that I’m married, my life had became super busy, especially with a recent start of a new company I’ve been swamped with other works.
